Our return policy spans 30 days from the date you receive your item, offering you ample time to request a return. For eligibility, your item must remain in its original, unworn or unused condition, complete with tags and packaging. Additionally, please ensure you have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is approved, we'll provide you with a return shipping label and comprehensive instructions regarding how and where to send your package. Note: only products in NEW* condition can be returned, we reserve the right to refuse a return with traces of use.
*New = These are unopened products in their original packaging and products that have never been used.
Once we have received and verified your return, you will have your refund within 7 business days using the payment method you used when ordering.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

We want to make you aware that all sales items purchased from Venom Pheromone are non-refundable. Once a sales item has been purchased, it cannot be returned for a refund.
